At Barani Furnitures, we take pride in delivering quality furniture. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Returns
Due to the nature of our products, returns are not accepted for customized or made-to-order furniture, including sofas, wardrobes, kitchens, and wooden fixtures.
For standard (non-customized) products, return requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery if there is a manufacturing defect or damage.
2. Eligibility for Return
A product may be eligible for return only if:

3. Refunds
Refunds are applicable only for eligible returns approved by Barani Furnitures.
Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
4. Customized Orders
Customized furniture is manufactured specifically based on customer requirements and is non-returnable and non-refundable once the order is confirmed.
5. Cancellation Policy
Order cancellations are allowed only before production begins. Once manufacturing has started, cancellation or refund requests will not be accepted.
6. Shipping & Handling Charges
Shipping, handling, and installation charges are non-refundable.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Any visible damage or incorrect item must be reported at the time of delivery or within 24 hours with proper images or proof.
8. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days, depending on the payment provider and bank processing time.
